This training is developed after years of research
work by Sze-chung Wan after testing in corporations
and different institutes including universities and
schools. It was first launched in 2003 and was
re-structured and finetuned in a more systematic and
powerful framework.

It focuses on two aspects, namely, the SBM-112
series that highlight the 12 different SBM core skills
in the SBM Pyramid of Success. These supplement
the magic on another aspect "MAGIC Success
Formula" that stresses on the importance and
application of MQ (Miracle Quotient) in personal and
executive coaching.

Another stream of development for SBM is on
language training. English is the international
language of communication while ME English
(Magic for English) adopts the SBM Language
Learning Methodology (Memorize, Ask, Guess,
Imitate and Communicate) supplemented by the
power of magic activities.

After years of hope and expectation, the framework
of Certified SBM Qualification is finalized and has 3
levels. The foundation, intermediate and advanced
levels are Certified SBM Trainer (SBMt), Certified
SBM Practitioner (SBMp) and Certified SBM
Training Master (SBMtm). From now on, you can
become one of the SBM training family members.
